Delivery Conditions  

Your orders will be delivered to cargo on the same day after payment confirmation. The cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days. No deliveries are made on weekends, public holidays and holidays. In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the contracted cargo companies with the guarantee of transportation and transportation. The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time. If the product you have paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 2 (two) and at most 10 (ten) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him. In case of damaged package; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo Company official. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, the Buyer should request that the package be opened there and checked that the products were delivered undamaged and that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported by attaching a report to the email address of www.wobakids.com,  wobakids@gmail.com, together with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer as soon as possible.
